Co-founded by Sadie Wackett and Kelly Berry, our mission is to awaken Self-leadership in women - at home, at work, and in the world.
We combine expert coaching, intentional community-building, and practical tools to help women navigate life's transitions, overcome barriers, and lead themselves with clarity and confidence. About Sadie
This movement began with a personal reckoning.
On the outside, I was thriving. I had the career, the family, the full calendar, the boxes checked. I was the dependable one. The achiever. The fixer. I kept showing up for everyone around me, doing what I thought I was supposed to do. I said yes to what looked good on paper. I led, I achieved, I proved…over and over and over again that I could do hard things.
But inside, I was tired. Not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually. I felt numb. Disconnected. Invisible. Like I was performing a version of life that wasn’t really mine. I knew how to make things happen. I knew how to carry the weight. But I didn’t know how to be with myself. I didn’t know who I was outside of what I could do for others.
About Kelly
I started to hear this question on repeat and I couldn’t ignore it: What am I doing with my life?
I spent years ticking all the boxes – good daughter, good student, girlfriend… climbing the ladder, achieving titles, crushingly striving for perfection, while privately unraveling. On the outside, it looked like I had it all together. Until I didn’t.
Inside, I had no idea who I was. I gave myself no permission to do what I wanted to do. I was buried under the weight of others’ expectations – and my own. I didn’t know better. At work and in life I was silenced, misaligned and longing for something real. I didn’t know I could choose.
